Traveler Companion - Block OOO to external addresses

Hi Community,

I would like to prevent out-of-office to being sent to external email addresses.

How to prevent a user to enable this function in Lotus Notes and on Traveler Companion for iPhone ? I cannot find any Traveler policy for this purpose.
